I just got off the phone with Rosie, who was wonderful, but I think I may have done something rash. Without thinking it over, I signed us up for the Cinderella Package C as an upgrade to our photos. We are already doing a MK/DHS photo shoot, so I've now added on photography that costs almost half of our total wedding! It seems completely insane for us (my mom agrees that I was overexcited), and I know I still have time to cancel it, but I'm wondering if anyone out there upgraded to this package. If so, is it worth it? What did you like/dislike about it?

Please help!

I have a meeting with Rosie next week and am very afraid that I will do the same thing.LOL. So I am very interested to see how those who got it liked there package.

Here's the thing about the Cinderella Package (or any of the upgraded photo packages) - it's a whole lotta money for stuff you could print yourself elsewhere for MUCH less if you simply bought all your images from Disney on a disc.

Escape couples have the option to buy a disc of all their images - including the in-park portrait sessions - for $395 if they give up the albums that are included in the Escape package and the portrait session package. Considering how cheaply you can print photos and even create albums on your own, it's a much better deal than to pay $750, $900, or $1,225 to add the Cinderella Collection.

Then you can print your own photos on professional photo paper at www.mpix.com or consumer-grade paper at places like Shutterfly.com and Snapfish.com. And you can make (or have made) coffee table books or albums - even professional flush-mount albums - for less too!

:thumbsup2

So if you get the dvd can you have the pictures printed anywhere?

Rosie told me today that you can print from the DVD anywhere, and Disney can even provide you with a written letter giving you permission to print the photos in case you need it or have any trouble.
