Sorry couldn't resist. I'm interested in some too. I've got a couple but the ones I have are best to eat as soon as they are cooked and not let sit around. I know, like with italian food, generally as it sits and soaks in the flavor it's better - so sometimes aging is a good thing!!!!

Here's one that I'm going to make.
Take a dozen FLOUR tortillas, cut in wedges and fry in a couple of inches of oil, drain and sprinkle with cinammon/sugar. They can be made the night before and they're really easy.
