cigars on the balcony

I am going to be staying at BLT in about 14 days and was debating about bringing a couple of cigars to enjoy after the parks. I was hoping to be able to have a drink on the balcony while smoking one but was not sure if I would be allowed to smoke on the balcony. I know at the parks they have smoking areas and inside the rooms are nonsmoking as well. Does anyone know if you can smoke on the balcony?

They do not allow smoking on the balconies and if you are caught you could face a $200 a day room charge up to $1,000.

Yes it is. The resorts all have DSAs outside the buildings. No reason you couldn't take your drink and cigar to one of them.

There was a crowd at the smoking zone over at POR a couple times we passed. Cigars present both times.

Be aware that people love to complain about the rule breakers at Disney.
