Is there somewhere on the Fantasy to enjoy a nice premium cigar?

Nothing fancy. There are just a couple of designated smoking areas :

• Deck 4, port side, aft, on the outside Promenade Deck from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• Deck 12, port side, aft, the outdoor area accessible through the Meridian Lounge at any time
• Deck 13, port side, forward, near Currents Bar, at any time

You cannot smoke on your verandah.

Yes you can have a drink from the Meridian. Not sure if they still sell cigars but they used to.

Yes they sell cigars at Meridian. Not Cuban but very nice indeed. You can smoke outside on the Remy side of Meridian.
