Churros?

Ok, a weird question and I tried to search but didn't find what I was looking for really.

My DS asked if we can get churros outside of the parks. I have no idea if they are offered at any resort or Disney Springs. We are going to be at POP next month for just a day and a half non-park trip. Any information is much appreciated.

I don't know if you can get churros outside of parks, but this is a churro cupcake featured at Contemporary. We will be there in less than a week and are planning on trying this
