I agree with this. I was shocked not to be able to find our beloved churros at WDW. Will be scoping for the churro cart in Frontierland again this trip. The churros in Mexico at EPCOT Were good, but not the Disneyland style churros that we love.
I didn't have a churro in WDW that compared to DL's sadly. This and the lack of hand dipped corn dogs in the parks might be two of my biggest disappointments in snack items at WDW. The cronut at Epcots refreshment port was one of our fave snacks at WDW though.
The churro's they sell at Downtown Disney @ DL are from a outside vendor...they are MUCH better than the churro sold inside either DW/DL...they have a Oreo one that is to die for...plus 4 OTHER flavors!
If you are looking to find the churro cart in Frontierland it was right as Frontierland transitions to Liberty Square against the Rivers of America (at least during our last trip during late Sept '16).
