Church Street Station

My husband has heard that church st station in orlando is closed and being redeveloped into real estate. Does anyone know if this is true.

Its been closed now for a few years, could not compete with Downtown Disney and City walk.
Some guy has been paid a lot of money in grants from the council to get it going again, but it seems slow.

I did read somewhere that Lou Pearlman has been given $1.5 million to re-vamp/re-open church street.
