Chukka's Amazing Race port adventure in Jamaica

Has anyone does this port adventure? My family is a huge fan of the television show. We have twin teenage boys that are 15 and very athletic, and an 11 year old daughter who is active, but a little less adventurous. The description says that not all team members get to do everything, which could be a good thing if she is afraid of some challenge.

Any experience with this one?

I would not waste my money. During the excursion each member only gets to do one adventure. They split all the people doing the excursion into two groups. For each of those two groups, three get to zip line, one kayak. The rest are very basic task. It is fun but not with the cost. We wish we would of done something else.

We did the Amazing Race Cozumel and it is amazing. If you port there I recommend it. You book on your own since DCL does not offer it.

That's great! What sorts of things did you get to do? Did multiple people get to do each thing? Was there some puzzle or thinking components to it, like on the TV show? Any other details would be great!

It was very similiar to the show. Only one person per team did a snorkel thing to look for a clue underwater. We all went out on the boat. We looked for clues in a museum and a shop. My favorite part was in a big supermarket finding hidden symbols to get clues. Ran several miles through Cozumel. Started right near the port DCL uses. We took first place and got a medal.
