I borrowed this from another website. You to the following website and fill out where your address is and it will tell you that there is a Chuck E Cheese place at the following locations and you click on the one that you usually go to. Hopefully you will find one where you will be accepted (They limit 10 mystery shoppers per store)

When you get your information you go to the store and then fill out some survey or form and mail it in. Then they mail you out a coupon for 4 free drinks 30 tokens and one pizza. Not a bad deal if you plan to go there anyway.

You need to pay your own way the first time you go and fill out a questionaire. Once that is done, you get the coupon.

Got my packet yesterday. It came with two coupons for 10 tokens each (one per person per visit) and then 5 "green cards" and 1 "red card." At the end of your visit you are suppose to give the "green cards" to those employees whon helpful, friendly etc. If at the end of your visit you do not find any employees who deserve the green cards, you then give a red card to the kid check person at the end of the visit.

Then you come home and take a survey (on line) and within 10 days you recieve your coupon for the free pizza, drinks and tokens.

I got my letter today in the mail. I was able to get into a store we usually don't visit, ( I guess most people don't go is how I got it). My question is, is this a one time deal or do you get new certificates each time you fill out a survey?

I got in too!!! Thanks for the info. My kids love to eat at Chuck E. Cheese, but about the only time I normally take them is when report cards come home and they can get free tokens.
