Christmas Week

my family went the day after christmas once for vacation & it was very busy/crowded. one cool thing was the parks were open late, we were at magic kingdom until 2am. i would make your dining reservations now & any other activities ie the spa, tours, etc. in advance. also look into some of the special events like the candle light processional, mickeys very merry christmas party, osbourne lights & the special holiday fireworks. additional advise be patient & willing to change plans if the park becomes to crowded head to another park, back to your resort to relax, swim, etc.

have fun!

I have never been at Christmas, but I have been at Easter. The key is taking it slow...making a list of must do's. Look at the Park hours (I am a night person so 2:30am at MK is no big beal to me) and use them to your advantage. Use a fast pass to your advantage...send a runner out to get the passes, and meet back up with the group that might be eating. If you are planning on Test Track someone has to get up and be there at the opening of Epcot(they will be gone for the day in the morning). Stay on top of it getting fast pass tickets as soon as your window opens.

Have ADR's even if you are planning on eating at counter service(espically for Dinner). You can always cancel them from your room in the morning if your plans are changing(someone will be thrilled to get a cancellation). Remember it might be easier(and faster)to eat some meals at your hotel. Just having a place to relax and eat makes the crowds manageable. We always had breakfast in out room...did a couple of character meals (2-3) so we could see tons of characters ever when it was busy. Just relaxing back at the room/pool for a few hours is a great stress reliever. You can not pound the pavement all day and enjoy your trip.

Do the pin trading..it is so much fun!!! Have a great trip...I would love to go at Christmas...(maybe next year!!!!) :wizard:
