My family of 12 are going to be in WDW Dec 23- 28- our first park day being Dec 24.
We have done Christmas week before- even though Christmas week is insanely busy- we managed to do everything we wanted multiple times. We arrived at EMH at 7am (before sunrise usually) and stayed until after the nighttime parade/ fireworks. But that was with the old system.
We aren't sure when to schedule our FP+ times for our upcoming trip. On our previous Christmas week trip- we walked on rides for the first hour at least and then very little wait until maybe 10ish. We also plan to have sit down lunches some- so we are trying to decide if we should ride until lunch without FP+ or have one before lunch and then 2 after- just trying to make best use of the program. We're afraid nothing will be left to get after we use them if they are all after lunch- especially Christmas week.
Anyone with experience this past Christmas week- what strategy did you use and were you happy with it or would you change it?
All advice greatly appreciated!
