Christmas Week 2010

We're visiting Universal for the 1st time a family the week leading up to Christmas. Dec 21-24th. Our main purpose is to see the WWOHP. We're staying at Disney and are flexible on the day and time we visit Universal.

Does anyone have any suggestions on the best day? And what about going in the afternoon or evening? Are the lines shorter then?

we've been down the past few years and I would recomend going earlier in your trip as the crowds seem to get heavier toward the holiday. We're going again this year...I'm wondering how it will be with Harry Potter open. Also we stay onsite so we always had FOTL. Judging form the past and anticipating this year if you are not staying onsite you might consider purchasing the passes.

If you're staying onsite you get early entry but just having a regular Express Plus pass doesn't provide any special perks.
