Christmas versions of the mickey fun head design?

For our trip last September, we used the paste recipe to make the mickey head designs. We used white tshirts w/pink, green, purple, and orange paints.

We are traveling in December and trying to think of some holiday tshirt designs. We don't have a printer, so the transfer designs are hard for me.

I was thinking of trying to do the mickey head designs again, but maybe on green or red shirts, with possible white paint? Has anyone tried this project on something other than white tshirts?

Any other ideas for a fun holiday shirt project?
