My family DH, DD-13, DD-9...went to WDW in June of this year. We decided that we really didn't have enough time when we were there. SO my hubby and I booked a trip for next June. We decided the girls would find out on Christmas Eve - they would receive a "Disney" themed box. Well let me tell you the reaction was better than I could have hoped. Our 13 year old screamed and then cried (and of course..I sat there like a blubbering fool), and the 9 year-old, did the Home Alone scream - hands on her cheeks just screaming. So fast forward to Christmas morning. All the gifts are opened and my hubby surprised me with a Disney box...he had personalized shirts made for all of us for upcoming trip, Dis $, Eeyore (my fav.) p.j.'s, slippers, pins etc. What a surprise and talk about :wizard: . I cried myself silly. The girls got another x-mas present when they found out their cousin is going with us. So our group is now DH-34, Me-34, DD-14, DD-9 My parents, My DB-32, DSIL-33 and DN-2.

Now the real waiting begins only 169 days.

Oh how sweet!! What an awesome Christmas!!! And how thoughtful of your dh! (can you give my dh some pointers!! )hehe!

Ya know we just took our first WDW trip and my dd13 went nuts with excitement too....WDW really brings out the bubbbly little kids in our hormonal teens!!

Have fun!

That was so sweet of your DH!! Your lucky to have a DH who understands your Disney love. I think mine thinks I'm a little crazy!! I know you will have a great time!!
Speaking of hormonal teens my DD13 was so thrilled to be in WDW..she wasn't afraid to just be silly and have fun..by the way we did the Family Magic Tour so she really did have to be silly!!! It was so cool to see all 3 of my kids holding hands and exploring Tom Sawyer Island together. I can't wait to go back!
Have a great time!!

Yay!!! So tell me were there any ORNAMENTS? :) :) Cause when we went a few weeks ago we brought one back for someone and I was totally worried that it would not be the right thing. Positive reinforcement is always a good thing!! ;) ;)

There was this AMAZING, BEAUTIFUL, WONDERFUL ornament, that a very dear friend brought back for me from my hubby. Here's an ATTA Girl for you!!! :Pinkbounc  :Pinkbounc  :Pinkbounc  :Pinkbounc

How wonderful! What a good husband!

Thank goodness for husbands that understand and support our WDW addictions!

Every year we wait for my parents to come over before we open gifts. (They only live 5 mins away.) So, the kids have waited 5 loooong minutes, then everyone is here, the gift opening can begin and my husband (professional computer geek) goes and gets on the computer...making the kids wait a little longer. I yelled "what are you doing on that computer that is so important that it can't wait?" Come to find out he was printing out a confirmation of purchasing WDW APs for our family of 4. (He had spent months telling me we just couldn't afford APs that year, we had to take care of the bills.) I was so happy and totally surprised I had a good cry! I was speechless. Everyone was yelling "what is it? I want to read it."

This year he surprised me with a digital camera!
