How far in advance do the powers that be at WDW announce the resturants involved in reserved seating for the Christmas Processional, as well as the dates, times and guest announcers for this event at Epcot?

The November hours are already posted, but I haven't seen any Info on the Processional anywhere.

Thanks.

Wondering the same thing, esp. with the 180 day ADR window...Anyone have any info?

Usually in August. They keep tables for the CP dinner packages separate, so it will not matter about the 180 days, although this is the first year that it's 180 instead of 90.

Debbie, I have looked and can't seem to find the information for this attraction. If it was posted in August, I certainly missed it. Where is it please"

Thanks,

Thanks,

If it follows prior years, information will come out in August 2006 (3 months from now). The Candlelight Processional usually runs from the day after Thanksgiving to the day before New Years Eve.

So we do not need to make ADR's for the restaurant for the package on 180 days?

Right, the package restaurant reservations are separate. You can't make a regular ADR and then transfer it to a CP package. They may open it up earlier this year since it's now 180 days. I don't think they will announce the speakers that far ahead.

One word of advice...always make sure you have your confirmation number with you! Last year they could not find my ressie and it was sold out that night. Thankfully I had my whole list neatly printed out, I ended up in tears. Hey my kids wanted to see John Stamos! :teeth: If I had not insisted they get a manager they would have turned me away saying too bad. The manager took my list and still could not find it but commented that anyone that was that organized was not trying to lie to get in. :confused3 Thye even asked me if I had been charged already and did I have my bill. Ummm no I am 1400 miles away...what is a bill, lol!? I knew I was charged and knew the amount so that helped. Wasted a good 45 minutes, the other CM gave away a bunch of surprises even after I asked her not to read my list aloud! :furious: I would not have been so upset but in 2003 they booked us at the wrong restaurant, which they were able to change but what a pain! Always have your confirmation numbers and lists with you---especially when it is a busy time of year.

I agree it's a good idea to have your confirmation #'s. We had a reservation last weekend at Crystal Palace and my friend had made all our ADR's. We went to check-in and they could not find her name. Luckily she had the # and it turns out it was under my name. Don't know how that happened except maybe because the room was in my name.

You are so right. Last year they cancelled my resis but had the CP listed .But like you I had a list of all my ADR's as well as my credit card bill. There was no way they where going to denie me something I had paid for. A lot of guest at LeCeller's where very angry as reservations where all screwd up. I will be doing the same this year. But not LeCeller's very poor service IMHO.

Sorry to hear about the poor service. I always enjoy LeCellier and the cast members have been delightful to me and those sitting around me. In fact, when I find out they have opened the CP package for booking, it is probably where I will want to eat. JMHO

Would you suggest making an ADR at the 180 day window (which for us is in less than a month) and then cancelling it when the packages come out?
