Christmas Party

We are going to the World in December and are thinking about skipping the Christmas party. Is it really any more than the Kingdom being less crowded and having it snow on Main St. I am on a budget with it being so close to Christmas. Any opinions would be helpful. Thanks!

DH and I have been to the Christmas party twice, but we didn't have to pay to go. When I found out how much it was I was shocked! In my opinion, it is not worth the extra expense, especially if you are on a tight budget. Yes it snows, but you can see that at MGM, and the decorations are beautiful, but you can see them during the day. They do have some special Christmas shows that can only be seen at the party and they give out free cookies and hot chocolate, which is nice. Other than that, you're not missing much.

I just bught my ticket yesterday. I LOVE spending the first week of December at MK and seeing the shows, lights, and riding the rides over and over and over again. Really puts me in the mood for Christmas, in fact, DH is going with me this year!

i loved it. I went for the first time this past christmas and I had so much fun. We were able to get on every ride that we wanted to and I loved the snow and the cookie and hot chocolate stands. I also really enjoyed the special parade. I personally think it is worth the money.

This will be our third year going to the MVMCP and I love it so much I cannot pass it up! But if it doesnt fit into your budget you can still enjoy the parks decorations and holiday feel! You can still get your picture taken with the tree and decor in the background and the free cocoa and cookies is not that big of a deal. We love having the park to ourselves.
