Is the Christmas parade only at the Christmas party? What is the 3:00 pm parade around Christmas time?

It should be the Festival of Fantasy Parade.

The week between Christmas and New Year’s the MVMCP Christmas parade runs during the day instead of Festival of Fantasy. That usually starts after the last night of MVMCP.
