Christmas parade / wishes?

Got a trip coming up 14 - 18 Dec. I know sometime before Christmas the daily parade is the same one as the Christmas Party parade. What day do they start doing this? Is it just the week of Christmas? ie 12/20 or 21?? Hopefully it's sooner? Same question for Wishes and the castle stage show. I assume they would all start the same day.

Starts the day AFTER the last MVMCP.
So, this year it would be on Dec. 19.
