Christmas Parade Taping Tickets?

How do you get the tickets to be part of the taping of the Christmas parade??

:you do not need tickets. You just have to be at magic kingdom when it is taped. usually dec 1st thru 3rd. call disney for dates. have fun

Sometimes the companies that run the production will offer you free admission if you agree to stay in a certain place during the taping, then you have the rest of the afternoon to explore MK.

They will give you a free ticket if you agree to stay for a certain session. It's not a bad deal. Most of the time you are standing waiting for something to happen.

Cool. Me and my wife will be in WDW from Dec 1st throu the 10th. It would be cool to be part of the taping.

but how do you find out when they are taping it and how do you get in???? we wanna be a part of it this year!! we missed it two years ago when we were there...we did watch diana digarmo sing and we got on tv for that ....

Last year, there was a website to sign up. You receive an email confirmation. You meet a CM at the front gate with your confirmation and they escort you in. We were at the taping in front of the castle. As soon as we got there, they broke for lunch and they told us to come back in an hour. So we left and came back. It seems to me that anybody could just walk up and watch. It is A LOT of standing around and waiting.

Your chances of actually being on camera is very slim. If you are in the park that day you can join the crowds there for the taping.

Three years ago we were there. I taped the parade when it came on and we did see my daughter in the background during the Raven segment. Pretty cool!

It's kind of tricky to find where to sign up for the parade. Last year I was waiting for it to post in "in the works" and it never did. Then people were posting here that they had tickets. You may want to email them.
