Christmas Parade Taping Question?

Well its not about the acutal parade, but just curious where do the stars stay, like regis and kelly, I am sure it is the grand floridian of course. We always stay deluxe and I just want to stay far, far away from any place any crowds, security etc. will be, sorry I guess some people would like that kind of thing, I would like to avoid it like the plague. We have never gone this time of year, but dh has a conference, we will be at the swan for that, but I want to switch for the rest of the time we are there, I really wanted a mk deluxe, just for the time involved with going to mvmcp.We asre staying at the poly in 2 weeks and dh really wanted the gf, but I read those rooms are booking up fast, I guess I would be happy with the poly again, its only for a few days any way. Any info is appreciated.

Regis stays at the GF. We stayed there once when he was there for the 100 year celebration and my DD practically ran into his wife, Joy, coming out of the elevator as we were going in.

We stayed at AKL during the taping last year, and didn't see any extra activity there if you want it quiet.

The celebs stay whereever they want to -- some stay at GF, some prefer the Yacht Club or Wilderness Lodge.

I'm not sure where everyone gets the idea that someone like Regis and Kelly come with a whole lot of security or a big old entourage. That would be true for people like Michael Jackson or Barbra Streisand, but most stars just show up like anyone else. Gary Sinise drove his own rental car and never had so much as an assistant with him. He and his family stayed at the Grand and were like any other tourist family.
