Christmas Parade Show

I kinda sound like an idiot here ... but what is it? Ive heard it mentioned briefly and the name kind of gives the general gist of it away, but i'd like to know more.

Is it just for park goers? Does it run through the whole of december? Are their videos on youtube (I cant get on youtube while at work so cant answer my own question)?

To be honest, I dont know. I was talking about having my wedding photoshoot in december and someone said they dont allow it while they are doing the filming of the christmas parade??

In past years the filming for the televised Christmas parade special starts the last day of November and includes the first two days of December. It is filmed in segments. I guess it could change but thats what its been in the past.

MVMCP is an event that takes place though-out December on the dates listed above. The taping of the Christmas Parade for television is separate. I would contact Disney and ask your exact question regarding your desire to have a wedding photo shoot in December. That's the best way to get the info you need.

If you want to be part of the on-camera crowd for the days they tape the parade, you need to have special passes and you would be assigned an area to watch the parade from. We had passes a few years back from a friend who is a Cast Member. In my opinion, it's more enjoyable to watch the parade when they are not taping or on TV Christmas day. A call to WDW would get you all the answers, though.

I dont think i've been too clear in my original question - sorry!

I dont want to be in it and I know that my wedding co-ordinator will tell me what days I cant have my photoshoot in MK ....

I was just asking what the Christmas Parade was exactly.

JessicaR - what exactly is the parade? when & where does it take place as i'd love to see it (without being in it)
