Christmas Parade & Decorations

When do they put up decorations and start the Christmas Parade etc.? We are planning a trip for Nov. 17-20.

I've heard rumblings that the decorations should be up by then. Not sure about the parade.

The parade traditionally starts on Thanksgiving. The decorations should be up by Friday, November 11th as Small World Holiday opens that day.

The Disneyland website shows the Christmas parade starting on Friday, Nov. 18th.

im going jan 5-10, will i be seeing anything? i do know i will make it for haunted mansion holiday and small world holiday

The decorations should be up the first week of Nov. They are always up before Veteran's Day weekend

We are going 11/4- 11/12. I see that IASW is scheduled to reopen on 11/11. Is DL usually close to on schedule? Will there be a soft opening?
