I know this is OT considering this is not a disney request, but I was hoping someone here might be able to help me or give me some ideas on what how to do it...
I am kind of in charge of our church's Christmas pageant this year and I am at a loss on what to do about the background scenery. We were planning on sewing two king size sheets together and then painting a scene on it and then hanging it up. Our pageant has 3 acts to it, so we would need 3 background scenes. Our budget for this pageant is nothing because our church (really small congregation) is buying the building next door for our fellowship building. People are donating their own costumes and we are trying to make do with that, so we figured out the cost for the king size sheets and paint was way to high. We thought that we could project a scene onto the wall or screen with our overhead projector (well, it is mounted to the ceiling) with our laptop. I was trying to search for a background scene online and came up with nothing. Our first act takes place in a home setting/hotel lobby setting; 2nd act is the shepards on a hillside; 3rd act is King Herrod's palace. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated!!!
