Christmas Ornament Missing Batteries

I have a DP ornament from with Mickey standing in front of the Eiffel Tower in a clear, snow globe-like enclosure that changes color. I must have discarded the batteries last year without writing down the size. There were 3 small disk-shaped ones. Does anyone have a similar ornament and can tell me the battery size?

I have no idea if batteries in Paris are different but it seems most items like that use 675 batteries in the US. I would suggest getting a button battery card that has multiple different sizes to see what fits. Like this one on Amazon:
