We stayed at the Poly the week after thanksgiving this year..........I planned to do the similar week next year again........but hubby thinks we should go for 2 weeks after christmas, mid january..........
the only thing bothering me about it is I wont get to see all the cool christmas decor! It was so beautiful!
I can't decide. he is the type that states his opinion but in the end he would go whenever I want.
any opinions?
the other thing is my kids are swimmers, and we spend a good deal of time at the pool, so January can be iffy for swimming.
although we are new englanders and anyplace will feel warm compared to here in january.
my kids have gone swimming in the ocean up here in april. it doesn't seem to phase them!

The christmas stuff is so nice. Early december is supposed to be slowish too. I would think jan would be even less though.

Even though it's only a month different, we've had beautiful weather early December, and once the high was near 50 in January - brrr! But I've heard the crowds are much better, and you can get a good deal in January. It's really weather or not you want the Christmas decor - that is nice! And the piped in Christmas music in the MK is so up beat. Good luck.

That's right, it all depends on if you want to see the Christmas decorations again.:)

I think I want to see christmas decor again, it was so nice and festive.......i asked the kids opinions and surprise they like the christmas decor too........LOL. Guess we outnumber hubby!:rotfl:

I haven't been at christmas time..but that is def. on the future plans. I have heard so much about the christmas decorations and the lite crowds. Maybe christmas 2008.

I love the Christmas decorations so that would always be my first choice. I've actually heard that January is slower than December, though. We went last December (second week) and it seemed very hit or miss. Some days, it was crowded, others it was not.
