Christmas lunch/dinner - paper plates or real plates?

To me Vhristmas is a celebration and so we use our best china and silverware, our mothers would be turning in their graves if we served on disposables.

Depends on who is coming and how casual. In my family paper plates would work! We spent many years being fancy and finally we all had a shared epiphany and make it more casual. No dressing up (that's for mass) just come as you are and enjoy the company. Heck, we might even hit the beach on Christmas morning!

It's 10 adults and 5 children. (oldest being 7) Some years we do use dishes but we are all also ok with chinet LOL!
