Christmas luau

Hi, we are going to Sea World December 28-30. We have made reservations for the Christmas luau (thanks to the advice here we got the 5:30 show!) - has anyone here been to the Christmas luau? Any tips for getting a good seat/table? It is me, my husband and boys 4 and 6...I wasn't sure if we check in when we get to the park in the morning or show up 30 minutes prior to show time - sorry if this has been covered or is in another thread.....i'm a rookie here!

If you want a seat near the stage or somewhere else specific, just make sure they note that on your reservation (call 'em back if you have to). I found that the only reason they have you check in early is to make sure you're going to the right place at the right time I suppose that if you're sure of yourself, you can just go directly to the Luau without a problem.
