Christmas little something?

Ideas for a little something (have a few cricut carts) for people at the christmas party? I'm thinking it will be 10 couples.

I just saw a blog on making choco packets but I'm thingking the guys not into that. This is for guys that work at a car repair store/tire store. I'm the only wife in there semi-regularly but all the wives are invited to the party.

I make cookies for the guys at the shop but thought about doing a little something for the party. Another wife made cookie packets of 6 cookies a couple last year.

Just trying to think of something to use my cricut on since I am not getting any scrapbooking done.

guys are tough - I was thinking you could peruse the 'fish extender gift' thread for ideas, but I can't see a guy getting excited about any of that stuff, either. At the Christmas morning get together we do with neighbors, we exchange little things, but they're usually for the couple (Tortuga rum cakes, mini photo album of previous gatherings) or for the household (mini clipboard to hang on the fridge, angel made of a kitchen towel, pot holder, dishcloth, Christmas tree wall hanging made of fabric & cardboard tubes. handmade wine glass charms)

How about etching a set of beer mugs, or wine glasses?

Or even outdoor vinyl on a water bottle? Or coffee mug? (the outdoor vinyl can be put thru the dishwasher)

An embellished picture frame mat? You could Cricut out the couples names and then add some flourishes, etc.?

If you've got the time, you could even take a photo of each couple while they are dressed up at the party, develop the 5x7 (or whatever size mats you do) photos for cheap after the party when there is a local or online special and then give that to them later.

The glass etching suggested by a PP is easy - the etching cream (from ACM/Mike's) is pretty inexpensive and you could cut your own stencils with the Cricut. Maybe a pretty glass plate or bowl(s) with their names or family name around the edge? When we did this a few years ago for teacher gifts, we got some cool glasses, bowls, and vases at Ikea for very cheap.
