Christmas Items Start Date

I know that the first MVMCP will be November 8th and that JBJB will start that night as well. I am planning on doing JBJB on the 8th and catching MVMCP on the 9th.

Any ideas if the Grand Floridian gingerbread house will go up then? Or will this come later? I don't get down at holiday time much and I'd love to see that again. I've never seen the Christmas Tree Trail at DS - but I don't see a start date there (is this worth going out of your way to see? DS is not really a must on this trip). Any info on the outside items is appreciated! I fly home on the 10th so just a quick Christmas start.

The Gingerbread house is typically a little later than the parties and what not. All resort decor should be up by Thanksgiving as a safe bet.

I enjoy the tree trail. I believe that typically started in mid-November.

I went 11/7-11/14 in 2016 (Jersey Week). We went to 1900 PF one of our first days there and the gingerbread was already being constructed. A lot was up actually. We saw the Christmas Tree Trail when we went to DS on the 12th or 13th. It was really cute, but not necessarily something I would make a special trip for.

We arrived on 11/6 last year, and the GF Gingerbread house was almost done! Honestly, we've seen in being built a few different years, and honestly we kind of love seeing it in progress. I have a video from a few years ago of a chef in a cherry picker sprinkling sugar over it, totally magical!!!!
