Christmas Holiday Rates

Does anyone have any opinions or know any history regarding rates around Christmas (excluding 12/24 and 12/25)? Have there historically been codes, or should we be looking at teacher rates at the Swan?

I would appreciate any info or opinions. Thanks.

I've only seen codes once at that time. That is considered the "Holiday" season for rates (they begin on the 20th) and is during the busiest time of year so they generally don't give out codes then. It's not impossible, but you might be better looking at Swan or Dolphin, or possibly using points from DVC members.

I was one of the lucky ones and got an email.

We are staying at the AKL Savannah view for $164 (including tax) from 12/18-12/23.

If you got an email or postcard rate there are lots of other good deals as long as you check in prior to 12/19. We are getting out rate for the entire trip even because we are checking in on 12/18. Also I believe that the AP rates are getting ready to come out.
