Christmas Eve dinner in Vegas

Hi everyone. My sister and I are heading to Vegas over Christmas. I am looking for recommendations for a nice dinner on Christmas Eve. Nice meal, decent wine. We are staying at the Luxor, but anywhere on the strip would be fine.

Canaletto in the Venetian Hotel is very nice, overlooking the canals. Might be a good night to head up to that far end of the strip since traffic & crowds should be very light. Their menu can be found on the ILFornaio.com website somewhere.
