I'm going to be at DLP on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Anyone who has been during these two days can the just tell me how busy it usually is and does Santa still meet on Christmas Eve? I heard last year after Christmas Eve he didn't appear after that. Also weather wise how cold was it? Colder than the UK or the same?

I'm really excited about spending Christmas this year in Paris!!

Santa stops meeting people at about 5 on Christmas Eve then delivers hispresents after the parade ;-) He's stops meeting people after that.
It's colder than here, literally all water freezes! We'll be there from 23rd - 28th December so will see you there!

What are your plans for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day?
We are planning to be in the parks both days but not sure where to eat or what will be happening on those days.
It's our first time to DLP and never been to WDW at Christmas either.

Did you manage to book your DLP Christmas trip through DVC? My DW and I had been calling for MONTHS (sometimes every other day), but it's been locked up forever with nothing available for booking beyond Nov. 7th.

We finally gave up and booked a trip for end of Sept. - 1st week of October.

No. We are Marriot vacation club members too and exchanged our Marbella week for the French Marriot resort just outside Disney.
We thought it was a great exchange. Dec 20th to Dec 27th in a 2bed townhouse.
Just need advice now on the crowds and restaurants and parades etc on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

As far as I know I'm attending a special Christmas Eve dinner. Other than that my only plan was to see Santa :)
