Christmas dinner?

Bistro de Paris. Epcot will be delightful on Christmas Day, and Bistro de Paris is a full notch above anything else in the park.

We let the kids pick where we would eat on Xmas day.

DS chose 'Ohana for breakfast & DD chose Chef Mickey's for dinner. We had a great time at both!

Depends on your party size (kids or no) and of course budget.

IMHO, I would eat at one of the resorts and check out all the decorations.

California Grill or Citricos would be my choice.

I have eaten at Citricos and CG for Christmas dinner :santa:

1) OK it is a different thought.
2) Yep, I know it seems off-the-wall.
3) But, have you considered Trail's End?
. . . pretty good holiday buffet
. . . unique surroundings for a holiday
. . . a chance to also view RV's a decorated

We're planning on an early dinner at Yachtsman so we can enjoy the decorations at YC and BC, then we'll walk over to Epcot for Illuminations and a nightcap!

How about Artist's Point at the Wilderness Lodge? I think this is the best resort for that "Christmas" feel - a beautiful tree in the Lobby next to the big stone fireplace...great food at Artist's Point too.

We are going to trails end even though it is over-priced. The holiday food is good and we love the relaxed at home feel to it.

We ate in Cinderella's Castle for Christmas Eve last year.

For Christmas Day, we had an early dinner at Les Chefs de France before going to Candlelight Processional.

We really enjoyed both of these experiences.

If you want a traditional xmas dinner go to WL and eat at WC. We have had xmas dinner there for the past 4 yrs. We request a table in the back room near the fireplace. The tree and decorations in the lobby are beautiful. The xmas platter has everything on it and you can second helping and third if you can habdle it. I didn't want to go to AP or other restaurants because they serve their regular menu. www.alleasr.net will list a couple more restaurants that serve tradditional xmas dinner. Trails end is not a bad idea because it's rustic and cozy. They serve a buffet.

Pats Dragon - Funny that you mentioned Trails End. I started going to FW in second grade (29 years ago) and that's where my Dad wants to go (my Mom, however, doesn't). We will get there during our trip, even though we are staying at SOG.

We will be grandparents, dh, and ds (12), ds (12), ds (10) and me. I haven't been to Citricos. I'll have to check out their menu.
