Christmas dinner menu question.

We are arriving on Christmas morning, not heading to the parks that day. We are still undecided on where we will eat, but wanted to find out if most of the restaurants (particularly signatures) offer their regular, everyday menus. We aren't looking for traditional dinner, if we go to say, Narcoossees, we would like their regular menu options.
