Christmas decorations

Does anyone know if the Magic is decorated for Christmas during the Thanksgiving week cruise? Or is it not until after Thanksgiving?

We just got back from the 11/14 wonder and the decorations were up in the terminal and on the ship.

We just got back from the Magic, and it was decorated for Christmas. It was beautiful!

We were on the 12-27-03 NYE cruise, ending on 1-3-04. Watched them take everything down while waiting to get off the ship on the last day. It took FOREVER to get off the ship, so watched the entire gingerbread house get demolished.

Even though the decorations are up early, they did not do the Christmas lighting at CC for Thanksgiving this year (they did do it last year).

I read that there is a tree-lighting ceremony in the atrium of the Magic on the first night of each cruise starting this week.

So for the Thanksgiving cruise, was the tree up but not lit? That would be a bummer!

When we were on the 11/15/03 Magic they put the tree up the night we boarded. It remained lit at all times on that trip. They didn't have a ceremony but the lights were on. It is definantly beautiful!

The Magic was decorated(we just got back)
they did The main tree in the Atrium then as the days progressed there were more decorations throughout the ship.
On the second trip back to CC it was decorated.
Keep in mind that this is a cruise ship and not a hotel at Disney
So it is not as "thick" as it is at, or in the parks. But tastfully done- The Disney way.
