Christmas Decorations

Hello! Coming down over New Year's weekend. Is there a published list of the "not to be missed" decorations? I've been reading lots of posts but was hoping I could find a list. Wondering if I should be spending less time in the parks and more time resort hopping. We were at WDW in August and this is a surprise holiday trip to see the lights, etc.. I know the Epcot Candlelight Procession will be over. Will the Jingle Cruise still be running? (Oops! That's not a resort question) I'll be going to the Contemporary for a fireworks cruise so can catch the gingerbread house there. Is the one at the Grand Floridian one that we need to make time for?

Resort hopping to see the resort decorations is worth the time. We've visited the GF gingerbread house, Boardwalk lobby, Swan chocolate display, and the WL. Highly recommend the campgrounds!
