Hi There,

We are going to be at Kidani between Nov 15 & 20th and were wondering if any of the Christmas Decorations around WDW would be up yet? TIA! :)

Yes.
MK will be done as they start MVMCP much earlier.(except the MK tree is not installed until after the parade is taped in December)

EPCOT will be in process but done by the end of your trip. (F&W usually ends 2 Sunday's before Thanksgiving)
DHS should be done with the Osborne lights running all of your trip.
DAK should be done.

The resorts will be in process during the beginning of your trip. You may notice your lobby magically transformed one night ;). But everything should be done by the 19th.

Overall I have done that time 3 times ant the only thing you miss are the MK tree and the Candleight Processional.

Be sure to do as many rides as possible early in the trip. Crowds get insane Thanksgiving week! (that would be a good time to resort hop and look at decorations)

They actually start putting them up right after Halloween; in fact often some things go up before the morning of Nov 1 and everything should be up when you are there particularly since they usually have everything up by a week before Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving falls on the earliest possible date, the 22d, in 2012 that it can fall.

When we were there in 2010, the christmas tree @ DHS was up on Nov. 3!:santa:

Ive been there in November at that time, isnt that Jersey Week?

Anyway, the decorations for the most part are up in the parks and the hotels are starting to to transform, i.e. not sure when the gingetbread house in the GF or the Carousel at the BCV are assembled but the parks are ready to go

My daughter was married at the GF wedding pavillion Nov 5th of last year and we went to MK on the 8th of November for the Very Merry Christmas party. EVERYTHING was decorated in MK (including snow)

What the heck is Jersey Week??:)

It's wheel Brazilian tour groups and Cheerleaders walk around in matching jerseys.

No, it's when New Jersey school teachers have a 2 day conference and some school districts close for the week, so you are likely to meet many families from New Jersey. It should be slightly busier than surrounding weeks, but not holiday week busy.
