Do they go up in phases?
I just returned from WDW and thought that they were particularly light in EPCOT. I recall a large light covered archway as you enter into the World Showcase that I didn't see this time.
MK seemed to be decorated as it had been, but I thought the EPCOT change odd. Was it tied to some other theme or event?
