Christmas decorations Nov. 2008

We'll be at BWV from Nov. 9 - 15, 2008. Any chance there will be any Christmas decorations at the parks or the resorts?

They may not be fully decorated, but the MVMCP starts around Veteran's day week in MK you can be sure MK will be decorated. The hotels will if not 100% you will see decorations. If you go on WDW and check the events in Nov. That will give you more info, any special Christmas events in the parks would mean you can pretty much see it decorated. Hope this helps.

We were at WDW 10/27 - 11/4 last year ..by the time we left the Epcot and MGM christmas trees were up and the street decorations were up at MGM. Magic Kingdom had not changed from Halloween to Christmas, as they were still holding MNSSHP through 11/2..I'm sure the transformation took place shortly after that.

I've seen posts on this site in years past where someone had the decorating schedule for all the resorts and parks ...everything is usually fully decorated before Thanksgiving week ..

We were at WDW Nov. 11 - 18, 2007. Most park decorations were up and the resort decorations were finished about the time we left. The first MVMCP was Nov. 12. That being said, Thanksgiving was early in 2007 and it is late in 2008, so I don't know how that might affect the schedule.

Hi yes they will, most things were up by the 1st week of November.

I was there first week in Nov last year and the trees in the park were up and they were starting with the other decorations but MNSSHP was still going on and they seemed slow. The year before there was more up that first week even Christmas Carols playing the day after Halloween.

This is a week we usually go to Disney and the Christmas decorations are out and BEAUTIFUL! Enjoy them! It is a great time to visit Disney.
