MK should be switched overnight, but not necessarily since the first party isn't until the next week.

HS also has Christmas stuff starting on the 7th, so they should have some of their decorations up towards the end of your trip.

Studios had Christmas up last year during Wine and Dine race weekend expect the same this year

Studios Christmas festivities start Nov. 6th so it will start going up that week.

This is exactly the information I was looking for!

To piggyback in this question: do AK and Epcot decorate for Christmas too? Our final day is 2nd November (late night flight) and I hope to see MK decorations that day. We could certainly swing by HS too. Would a final-day Christmas decoration visit to AK and Epcot be a waste of time so early in the season?

Those parks do decorate a bit, but they won't have as much as Magic Kingdom would. It won't be an all out thing like MK does.

We did October 28th- Nov 4th last year. I didn't get to see as much Christmas as I had hoped. There weren't any at AK and Epcot by the time we left. DHS was decked out on November 1st (including the big tree around the lake). These pictures are from November 1st.

MK had some decorations up on November 2nd, but the tree doesn't go up that early. They were playing Christmas music on Main Street. Here's a comparison of the entrance decorations from October 30th and November 1st

Pictures are probably blurry.. I don't have the best iPhone lol :rotfl:

They are perfect - thank you for posting them! One thing in our favour is that the final MNSSHP is on Halloween this year, not on 1st Nov, so they don’t need to keep anything up for that. I would love to see the HS decorations, so we will definitely try to get over there too.

I hadn’t even though of Food and Wine, but that makes sense: thank you!
