Christmas Day Parade Filming

Filming for the Christmas Day Parade is on Saturday and Sunday 11/5 & 11/6/11. Does anyone know who is performing or the schedule? I called DL and was told the first parade filming is at 10:30am.

I'm not sure, but i was wondering what all this will mean for tomorrow at DL? What exactly happens? Is it going to be totally packed? Are areas closed off? We arrive tomorrow, probably will be coming into the park around 3 or 4....what should we expect?

The filming will be from the hub and down Mainstreet. It's a slow process to film and lots of people watching. This is the only area that gets crowded.
Crowd wise it's like a normal parade that lasts for hours and you are routed to the sides of Mainstreet. It only hampers getting in and out of the park.

You can come in the main gate. You may want to consider taking the train to get to another land instead of navigating main street.

The main gate, really it will just be like coming or going during a parade. It's not horrible but not as easy as when everyone can walk down the full width of Mainstreet.

I would only use the Monorail if you are coming from the DLH. I wouldn't back track to take it.
