Christmas Day meal suggestions at Universal

I am sure this question has been asked before, and I did do a "search" but I would love some suggestions for Christmas Day dining. If you have been to the parks on Christmas Day, where did you eat? Should I go on and make reservations somewhere? Thanks for any help.

I don't have experience with Disney at Christmas as this is the first year that we are going, but Mousesavers.com had a section on special menus for Christmas day. This may help you.

Finnegan's at US had a Christmas day special meal when we were there. You could check to see what the chef special is when you go.
