Christmas Cruising 2005

:confused3 Donut Cake? Was ist das?

Hey! I just had an idea!

Who's up for Vancouver in 2010?

-writing 2010 just looks sooo weird :worried:

~colleen~

doing what in Vancover 2010??? We are planning 2010 summer (july 23rd) in Paris for Molly's 13th bday...shouldn't a girl be at the Eifle Tower on her 13th birthday?

Donut cake was a big hit all the boys loved them and parents too!!! Wilson had a fun party. He got some cool gifts and I have no clean up at my house. That's it, never a party here again :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: says Spa Mom, right.... Okay sue me I like girly parties.

Tomorrow is the week before the show, really big show....I'll most likely be in rehersal heaven (oops hell) so if I don't check in for a while I'll be with those crazy theater people.

LYMI,

N

The Olympics Silly Girl :)

Hubby actually told me he wants to go!

~I see no conflct, it'll be in February~

Break a Leg Molly! It sounds like a great experience for her and those are always alotta work for the parents. Enjoy the Show guys come back when you can :grouphug:

I have just felt two steps behind at both home & school ever since the cruise, and it just seems to be getting worse! Actually, I think I am finally on the downhill....
Friends are seriously looking at WDW this Oct., but I did some major budgeting this weekend, and have made some drastic travel changes. NO trip to KC for my bday, but the weekend before is a partyfest! I took Fri. Mar. 17 off to watch NCAA tourney action, and then realized it is also St. Patty's Day! Our fav band is playing Fri/Sat night, and Dan's school is having a faculty trip to the boats in Council Bluffs (casinos!) So Mom has agreed to take the kids for the weekend, and Dan & I are gonna PARTY--basketball, gambling, dancing...maybe a couple of cocktails...actually, it could be BRUTAL! Then the group will go out ON my bday. I am a bit nervous, as 40th bdays have been VERY creative w/ this group. (TPing, decorating lawns, rearranging houses, etc.)
Cannot afford KC this month...w/ ER bills, car taxes, April taxes....
But looks like Vegas in June. I think I can save up by June! And I am thinking of nixing the cruise in Oct. $2K for cruise or $3K for WDW, plus spending...REALLY wanna go, but not this year. I did buy the Passporter...and am thrilled to find that our family of 5 can stay at Dixie Landing/Port Orleans in the Alligator Bayou? rooms for $155/night in regular season (Moderate). The family of 5 thing made things tough! But I think that is better than 2 rooms at the value resorts...at $200 total. Plus will check w/ AAA for discounts. But not until Oct. 2007 or Jan. 2008...or possibly even a year later.
Plus w/ our schedule and airfare availability, we could only be at parks 5 days in Oct., and I really want at least 7....SO we wait....
Well, kids have returned from lunch, so need to wrap up....
Hope you are all doing well...
Happy Bday, Wilson!
Kris

House update:

We have a driveway, and paint!

They are fixing everything wrong with the cabinets. Took them long enough to respond, but at least it will be right!

grim :hmghost:

okay give me some credit...I finally scanned those pictures Tiggie posted....remember I'm the one that spends the thousands on photography.... :teeth:

Nice looking house Grim, congrats on fixing the cabinets. I would be totally bummed if they didn't fix something like that. Glad you prevailed. :cheer2:

Tonight is Molly's opening night in the "Wind and the Willows". We talked the other night and agreed that now Mr. Toad's Wild ride has a greater meaning to us (at Disneyland of course) and that of course we must get back there soon. July for her bday at the latest, maybe for Easter, we'll see. Molly did of course mention that there are no Riverbugs in the story, but alas they have a part in the show at least.

Oh yes, must tell you Chicken said he'd be up for the Western. :woohoo: Can you believe it? Is that the one you and the other friends are doing Tigg?

I was thinking maybe Feb 2008, for the week of Wilson's 8th bday. Oh my Molly will be 11 then, will I survive?

Off to errands to make the show a hit tonight, you know loot and gifts for the main leads from the girls.

Karen....I've been thinking about you non stop these last few days, hoping things are ok with you...soon I'm going to my paypal account to find your email address and try to reach you that way.....

Breaking legs,

Nan

The house is looking great Grim!

almost there eh? How much longer til you move in?

I like your new avatar, may I presume that's one of your cars? ;)

Sounds like a great night Nan

...and yes...a Great Big Thank You for purchasing those beautifully expensive photos!

I had Penny out getting her haircut today...here's a few photos for you all out of my world

My son is teaching Penny to "speak"

Hi gang!

Grim, are you STILL having cabinet issues??
Is the house one level? I so prefer a spread out house as opposed to a duplex. And I LOVE your new avatar. Is that really your car license plate? I think you might have given me the push I needed to go ahead and get my DZNEMGK plate. The problem is, some of my friends can't make it out at all, have no idea what the heck it says. I'd hate to waste money on a vanity plate and not have anyone know what it says!

To our budding Academy Award winner, break a leg Miss Molly! Can you all see Molly saying "I'm ready for my close-up", with a real dramatic flare! Nan, come back and sing her praises, and I hope you're taking pictures. This must be an exciting evening for you all.

And what's this I hear about a 2008 western cruise? OMG if you guys go, we're so in! Just wondering ;) , but what age do you think is old enough for a small baby /small child to take a cruise?

Tiggie, what a cute little ball of fluff! And it's really cute how the big doggie is watching it all. The photo of Penny with her face on her paws is adorable. How's Brittany loving her car?

I'm typing this so fast, I'm on Chad's computer. I still didn't get my laptop back from the repair center. Gotta run!

Thanks :teeth:

I'm not sure when we'll get to close on the house. Add another 2 weeks at least to get the cabinets fixed (on top of the 2 weeks it took them to give an answer). Probably mid-April.

Yup, that's my license plate. It looks great on my 1993 Buick POS :lmao:

Not anymore!

Yes, single story. We're one of the few single stories in the neighborhood.

DZNEMGK - I like it!

I wanted something for 'Chernabog', but who in the World would get 'CHRNABG'???

Hi Aisling, Bye Aisling

I like dznemgk, I'd get it ;)

Brittany is rather enjoying her mobility...cleaned her room and did the dishes just so she would be allowed out. Already banged it too. Pulling out of a parking spot. but that's ok, that's why she has a 93 and not a 2003.

btw-buick's are cool, esp old ones :)

why are you asking this? the grim dede production is due...2006, so that little buddle will be a good 18+ months by then....what are you implying here? Quit your job, planning another thing at home to keep you occupided?

Of course I have photos of the show, well not the show, but after and before, I'll have to post them next week, I'm actually typing this from the chicken. Did you know it was me and not him? I figure you knew from my nosey tone of voice above. I have even dropped off the film (disc) at Walgreens and had Paul pick up the prints to take tomorrow night for fellow cast members.

The show was fun, one more to go tomorrow night.

Nice dog shots Tigg.

Check you all tomorrow,

N

No, I had no clue it was you ... seriously~

I'm glad Molly's first show went well :teeth:

18 months would be a great age for the baby's first cruise~ esp with all the built in babysitters ;)

~Gotta get ready for work~
