Christmas Crowds - Park Hop?

Hi!

With busy christmas crowds, what happens when the parks are full? Do you have to stay in the same park all day or can you park hop? Staying in a disney hotel if that makes a difference.

I'd like to hear what other have to say about this too. We'll be in WDW from Dec 25-30. We purchased base, non park hopper tickets because I was so concerned about the crowds. I'm worried that if we park hop in the afternoon, we'll get closed out of a park if it reaches certain capacity.
