Christmas colors.. Your preference?

So long as its not just all white, light or dark it doesn't matter.

Hi C.Ann,
are you back from your trip, or still packing.
I liked the tarten darks, of red and green plaid...

Now I was hit with, white, crystal, and silver-cool blues. A winter wonderland dream.
I have a real difficult time with the holidays since my dd passed away right after New Years 2 years ago. I pull a pre lite 5' out of the atic and plug in lights still up in the window.....

I have a ton to catch up on to declutter and clean to even consider getting a tree up. Last year I finally did a few days before Christmas dd had just turned 13 and grandson 3 so they wanted a holiday......

So I will dream of making an ice/blue Christmas, but be lucky to pick up around here......Just straighten up and put out a few holiday scented candles.
It is all to close and too empty.

Still at the lake - got another "pardon" from the weatherman..:thumbsup2 The very first time I'll still be here for Thanksgiving and I'm beyond excited!!:yay::yay:

My DGD is very much into plaids this year - clothing and all.. :)

I am one of those "loves every color" people ;) But, when it comes to Christmas I think I tend to gravitate more towards the cranberry and pine colors. And a dash of snow-white for contrast :santa:

Mine is purple and silver - LOVE LOVE it - although I have been know to throw a little red and gold in as well :goodvibes

Of the two, definitely the darker colors. They're so much richer. :)

I usually do silver/blue myself, but this year that's so in, so I have to figure out a new color scheme! Preferably something not 'in'.

Green tree. White & gold decorations. For a while, we did blue & white.

Red & green just don't look good in our house. I use the deeper red & greens outside however.

I've seen some dark purples that were very, very pretty.. :)
