Christmas cards

For those who go during Holiday season, can you purchase photo christmas cards from WDW?

I was wondering the same thing. Do they even sell regular Disney Christmas cards then?

The answer to both is yes. You can buy Disney Christmas Cards at lots of the stores year round, best selection is at the Days of Christmas store in DTD. Also in DTD there is a photo booth set up "mall style" with Santa Clause where you can get your picture taken and then order a photo card package. However, what we did was just take a picture with our camera with Santa Goofy and made them ourselves on Shutterfly.com, it was a lot cheaper and the quality was better. We purchased a 5x7 of us with Santa at DTD and the picture is a little grainy.

Yes, our friends did this last year.

You can do photo cards like you could do on snapfish (post card like holiday cards). You pick the photo and the background. I think they used their photopass pictures to do the cards, they did it from home when they returned last Dec.

If I remember correctly, it is MUCH more expensive than if you you used your own photo and created through snapfish or another site.

My plan is to take pics around the park (Photopass or ask someone else) and then come home and make our Christmas cards on the internet!

We did this last year. Used the photopass picutre, logged on there, then, thru the photopass website, ordered cards w/Mickey and Minnie around our picture. It was really cute.

I would also recommend making your own. You can take some very scenic pictures while you're there, and have them done online.
