I myself have no issue sending to everyone worldwide, but I do know that sometimes I was exempt from exchanges because postage TO Canada is expensive.

So far, no one has sent information to me regarding Christmas Card exchange... if you live in Canada and are interested, I am fine with that and will give others the choice.
