Unfortunately, I'm not creative (just lurking here at the beautiful work!!) ...

But I saw some Disney Christmas Card photo designs at Costco -- you can probably find them at costco.com, too.

I saw some somewhere else, as well - can't remember now ... but might have been Walgreens(?)

I am not creative either, but this thread does have some Christmas frames. maybe you can adapt on to be what you need.

Here is my attempt. This is a png file so you can edit it in photoshop (or similar program) or even insert it into word so that you can put your picture behind it and it will show up where you see the white space. This is the dimensions that you requested. Hopefully...if you like it...you will have a picture that will fit perfectly in the opening.
