Christmas at Sea World and Busch Gardens

We will be in Orlando from December 23rd - January 1st. We have been to FL many times but have never visited SW or BG. I would like to visit both parks during this trip.

I am looking at spending one day at each park. Which day of the week would be best to visit each park?

Also, what are the crowds like at each park between Christmas and New Years?

Both parks are must see for the Christmas entertainment they provide. You can't pick a day because of schools being closed so just go and there are a lot of visitors that time of year. You might want to check out BG's web site. They are having new this year a separate ticket night time evening event called Christmas Town celebration that will be worth seeing from the local TV ads I have seen.
