We will be in DIsney from 12-23-08 until 1-2-09 about 14 of us ages 1 month to about 60...kids will be ages 17, 2, 1, and 1 month...I'm open to any and all suggestions on ANYTHING anyone might find helpful...from things to pack, to things to avoid etc...we are staying in the suites at the Music resort and already have meals planned (just waiting for the day we can make reservations) also if anyone has any suggestions on a Graco made double stroller I'd appreciate that too...I live with my DBF and our son (another due in November) in Florida everyone else is coming down from NY...anywho can't wait:banana: Thanks everyone!

You are going during the single most busiest week of the year, but it can be done.get up early get to rope drop and use fastpass as much as you can. This is of course if you want to ride the rides.Book your dining reservations if you haven't, and bring a lot of patience and understanding:goodvibes

One piece of advice I can tell you is to send some stuff via UPS/FedEx in advance to your hotel - especially for the couple with the newborn.
Don't expect everyone to do everything all together. The elders and the... youngers... will need major breaks, plus people get moody, etc - make sure to take breaks from the parks and from eachother. If your really into the whole Disney thing, maybe you can make a suggestion list for the rest of the family, so they are not totally lost the whole time.
